Machinist –Contract Hire
Duration: One Year
Location : Abu Dhabi –Offshore
ROLE PURPOSE
Carry out the duties of lathe machine operator (turner) including making of spare parts and repairs of parts for machinery and equipment when and where required, taking precision measurements for the required spare parts by using a variety of precision instruments such as micrometer, vernier callipers, dial gauges etc.; reconditioning and overhaul of used machinery/parts; providing drawings of required spare parts to be manufactured by lathe machine in accordance with the Company's specifications and established procedures and as directed by Mechanical Supervisor and Mechanical Foreman.
