CONSTRUCTION SCAFFOLDING SUPERVISOR




The Role:

Support the Construction Site Representative on site ensuring that the Construction Contractor is fully conversant with all Company Project Scaffolding Inspection related standards and procedures.
Verify in conjunction with the Construction Site Representative, where required by design and fabrication Codes, Scaffolding procedures have been qualified and approved, and Scaffolding operatives have valid certification and adequate Scaffolding records are being maintained.
Monitor and ensure that a comprehensive record of documentation and certification of Scaffolding Inspection work is maintained, and assist in the satisfactory handover of completed package from Construction Contractor to Company.
Ensure the Construction Contractor provision of Scaffolding material receipts, handling, inventory control and distribution at site and maintain an audit-able record of all material related transactions.
Ensure that all deliveries are inspected on arrival and that the quantities and quality are as specified before the invoice or delivery note is approved. .
Ensure the Construction Contractor carries out inspections of incoming Scaffolding materials to make sure they meet the quantity and material specifications of goods ordered and check all items received, ensuring conformity to purchase orders.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Extensive relevant project construction experience.
Recognised level of expertise in construction discipline with a good knowledge of company general specifications.
Significant experience at Scaffolding Supervisor level with particular emphasis on QC Certification.
A good knowledge of Scaffolding Processes and Procedures, and ideally be qualified to Certified Scaffolder with valid registration.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the smooth performance of the Singapore operations related to the execution of the commodity contracts (crude and bio feedstocks). Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day management of the assigned operational tasks
Keep detailed track of crude availabilities, equity and term oil
Manage day-to-day trading operations activities for the pertaining products aiming at assuring the Operational performance efficiency
Manage, on behalf of the Trading Oil desk and, when required, in close collaboration with the relevant function of ETS in Rome, operational aspects related to vetting, loss & quality controls, demurrages, shipping operations

The Role:
We are currently assisting a Singaporean company that has a strong track record in providing design, construction and repair services to rig building companies. They are providing similar services to companies involved in offshore wind farm projects.

Currently they are looking for a Process Engineer. The Process Engineer will be involve in designing offshore process facilities that complies with the client's specifications, meets the relevant international conventions, standards, rules and regulations. You will develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Utility Flow Diagrams (UFDs) and Piping & Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs. process calculations (equipment sizing, line sizing, pressure drop calculations, flare/relief and blowdown calculations, etc). You will provide technical support in mechanical completion, pre-commissioning/commissioning and startup activities

Job Descriptions
- Preparation Transportation and Installation Procedures which consist at least of the following methods:
a) Methods, techniques and practices of the work
b) Sequence of the work in a story board drawing
c) Installation aids, equipment, temporary works and consumables required for the work
d) Manpower resources required for the work
- Developing and ensuring the proposed marine spread, equipment etc is suitable for the work
- Developing loadout and seafastening plans for the transportation of materials / structures / linepipe
- Coordinating pre-rigging, loadouts, seafastening and acknowledging the receipt of fabricated structures, line pipe and other materials to be installed
- Preparing lists for construction materials and project consumables, and liaise procurement to ensure their availability for the work
- Liaise with the Customer representative and various subcontractor representatives
- Ensuring the contract / project related documentation is prepared
