The Role:
We are recruiting a Lead Process Engineer. It's an opportunity to join a business that is trying to leave a better planet for the future generation by providing solutions that reduces carbon emissions significantly.
You will be lead the Management of Change and the Process Safety Management System; ensure that safety, health, and environmental risks and hazards are properly controlled. You will work closely with your team and wider stakeholders to develop and implement best practices that increases the refinery utilisation and reliability.The Lead Process Engineer will be responsible for the performance and development of process engineers, process control engineers and senior process safety engineer.
To be successful in this role, you will have 8-10 years of process engineering and or operation with a refinery or petrochemical company.
