We are currently recruiting for a SENIOR OPERATIONS SPECIALIST to join Eni Trading & Shipping’s Operations Team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be accountable for the smooth performance of the Singapore operations related to the execution of the commodity contracts (crude and bio feedstocks). You will be a key senior member of the team, and will contribute to maintain the required effective collaboration with the Eni Trading Operations team in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day management of the assigned operational tasks
Keep detailed track of crude availabilities, equity and term oil
Manage day-to-day trading operations activities for the pertaining products aiming at assuring the Operational performance efficiency
Manage, on behalf of the Trading Oil desk and, when required, in close collaboration with the relevant function of ETS in Rome, operational aspects related to vetting, loss & quality controls, demurrages, shipping operations
Manage voyage orders; pro-forma invoice; documentary instructions; vessel nominations; Letter of Credit; Provisional and Final cargo insurance; Narrowing/Nomination of dates/quantities; Vessel clearance
Oversee claims (such as freight differential; deviation cost; dead-freight) on behalf of Trading desk and monitor progress of their resolutions
Managing relationships and communication with terminals and Eni departments to ensure efficiency of operations activities.
Responsible for managing the operations of biofuels feedstock, vegetable oil and others into green refinery system linked to operational specificity

Requirements
Strong background in operations
Experience in working in a global and international organization
Strong academic credentials with a numeracy-oriented specialization
Good knowledge of cargo documentation, b/l, inspection, LC, voyage orders and customs
Good knowledge of trading & shipping operations activities including Cargoes, Time Charters, Voyage Charters, Ships, Quality & Quantity controls
Awareness of Credit Recovery, Procedures, Compliance Policy
Full command of English language (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages will be beneficial
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
