Position: Shift Supervisors, Operations
Scope:
• The plant includes conversion units of high complexity that requires tight safeguarding, optimization and operating procedures.
• The job holder acts as incident controller during Refinery emergency situation; maintains close checks on the plant safety register and takes action as necessary.
• He also ensures that the plant Standing Instructions and Procedures are continuously up-dated and readily accessible.
• The job holder exchange positions with plant superintendent.
• The job holder performs his HR and finance duties as per performance goals.

• Experience in Hydrocracker, Hydrogen Production, or Delayed Cocker Units operation.
• Experience in Commissioning, and Startup.
• Proven Emergency Response Experience.
• Very good English language skills and competent in the use of PC applications (MS Office suite or equivalent).

Requirements:
High School / Diploma
Minimum 15 years experience in Refinery, or Petrochemical industry, with 3 years as Operations Shift Supervisor (Manager).
