• 2 Water treatment plant operators (either having commissioned similar systems or operated them – key words mixed media filters, reverse osmosis, demineralisation)
• 1 mechanical system engineer – closed cooling water, air compressors, drainage systems etc.
• 1 mechanical engineer – fuel systems (liquid and gaseous) – knowledge of cleaning, commissioning etc.
• 1 GT commissioning engineer – GE frame 7 machines experience.
