We have an urgent requirement of Fire Specialist with one of our Oil/Gas offshore client in UAE.
Minimum requirements:
1. Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Fire, Chemical or Process Engineering with relevant accredited certifications in Emergency Response & Crisis Support is preferred.
2. Should have attended certified course/training related to Firefighting & Prevention, Emergency/Crisis, Oil Spill Response, Hazardous Material Response, etc.
4. Should have experience in an Oil & Gas (Exploration & Production), Chemical process, or similar industry and 10 years in fire and emergency response.
5. Broad experience of a range of fire engineering applications and be able to demonstrate understanding across these areas.
6. Proven knowledge and ability to interpret fire engineering related legislation, International Standards & Code of Practices (e.g. NFPA, ICS), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Good Knowledge and understanding of the Incident Command System (ICS) disaster recovery planning techniques, Crisis Support & Business Continuity.
