Dear Colleagues, I'm looking for a HEAD OF PRODUCTION & ENGINEERING Department to join large Oil&Gas Upstream Project in Kazakhstan.
Our Customer is a large international O&G Operator company.
Production & Engineering manager provides functional leadership and is responsible that appropriate P&E expertise and support is provided to the Assets and associated development projects.
Direct reports are the functional disciplines of Engineering, Integrity and Maintenance, Production Optimization and Production Technology.
Responsible that P&E strategies are developed and implements technical standardization for P&E Upstream in the BO.
Direct reports are the functional disciplines of Engineering, Integrity and Maintenance, Production Optimization and Production Technology.
Responsible that P&E strategies are developed and implements technical standardization for P&E Upstream in the BO.
o Requirements: Master’s in petroleum engineering or equivalent, 5-10 years of relevant experience (production operations), knowledge of Planning, Operations, Maintenance, Asset Integrity, Commissioning and Start Up, HSSE and Logistics. Clear understanding of activities throughout the life cycle of the project. Knowledge in finance and economic. Collaboration skills with Line SVPs and GMs. Good command in building relationships with contractors/suppliers. High personal commitment to HSE.
o Fluent English, Russian will be an advantage.
o Fluent English, Russian will be an advantage.
