I have some exciting requirements for an upcoming Pipelay Barge ( Repair and Conversion project). Assignment may last up to 6 months or more.
1. Repair Manager - Must have experience working on Pipelay Barge and understands the functionality & operation of Pipelay Barge.
2. Field Engineer( onshore/offshore) - Will be technical advisor for the Superintendent and Barge Foreman during the construction and fabrication activities, advises on the design and preparation of required modifications and/or appliances on board on the pipelay barge.
3. Welding Engineer - responsible for the welding and pipelay productions during start-up and execution phase for the pipelay activities of the conversion pipelay barge. Must be able to review specifications and advise on (automatic) welding procedures during conversion.
