HSE Engineer

Hiring HSE Engineer/Process Safety Engineer for Kuwait location! Requirements: a) Engineer with B.Sc. Engineering degree in Chemical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering discipline from any NBA Accredited college is MUST. b) At least Ten (10) years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry including Process Safety Design, Engineering, Process Modelling & Simulation, Process Hazard Analysis, Quantitative Risk Assessments, etc. c) Should be well experienced in modelling & simulation of Oil & Gas processing systems. d) Should be facilitating hazard workshops for Process Safety hazards. These may include HAZID, HAZOP, SIL classification, Bow-Ties, ALARP, SIMOP’s, and Facility Layout and Siting. e) Should be developing ALARP demonstrations for Process Safety risks and developing HSE Cases. f) Preferably knowledgeable of Sour Gas design and operations standards and guidelines g) Should be knowledgeable of Fire Protection standards and guidelines h) Should be familiar with QRA, SIMOPS and Bow Tie Analysis i) Should be familiar with industry standard software such as PHAST, Flare Net, Unisim, Hysys, etc. If you have the relevant qualification and experience, please forward your CV to jiby.thomas@bureauveritas.com and suitable candidates will be contacted.
