Experience & Skills
• Passion for HSE, including desire to assist training of personnel on the rig, and to encourage a natural safety culture, by
leading as an example and interfacing with all personnel partaking in rig activities.
• BSc. Engineering Degree not required but an advantage.
• Experienced professional with a proven management track record including at least 7 years of experience in drilling
operations, of which 3 years in a current drilling supervisory role,
• IWCF Certified, Level 4 Surface as a minimum,
• High energy and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding performance, with a "can do" attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
Education
• BSc. Engineering Degree not required but advantage
• IWCF Certified, Level 4
