Electrical Supervisor
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise all scope of work for electrical installation on construction site.
2. Interpret contract documents and specifications to ensure the execution of proper installation of all electrical devices & equipment according to the company standards.
3. Organize, coordinate and control the execution of electrical installation activities by providing instructions to the installation team about technical and installation requirements
4. Ensure adherence to and enforcement of all safety, environmental, security, compliance, quality standards and procedures established by company, customer, local policies, laws and regulations.
5. Assure accurate and timely project reporting such as labor, materials, equipment and others as required.
6. Perform quality checks ensuring the activities on site are complying to electrical codes and adherence to safety regulations.
7. Review and designing electrical systems and circuits, as well as contributing to improvements design, calculations, assess design and drawings.
8. Keep records of all electrical operations on site by preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports and providing proper feedback about activities progress and status.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience as Electrical Supervisor for construction projects
2. Proficiency in use of CAD Electrical
3. Be familiar and aware of HSE practices and policies
4. Fluent oral and written knowledge of Portuguese and English required
5. Mozambican nationality
6. Previous experience on prefabricated building or camp construction is a plus
