MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR QATAR TERMINAL Department
Supervises/participates in the unscheduled & scheduled mechanical maintenance activities
Responsible for the implementation of quality maintenance (Mechanical)
Participate in existing or potential engineering projects/general plant changes related to oil/gas operations
Direct/coordinate installation/maintenance/support/documentation/testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications/codes/operation requirements
Inspect completed installations/observe operations to ensure conformity to design/equipment specifications/compliance with operational/safety standards
10 years’ experience in the maintenance of Gas Turbines/Compressors/Pumps/other Static/Rotating Equipment used in Oil/Gas or similar petrochemical industry
4 years in a supervisory post is essential
An aptitude in trouble shooting/understanding other disciplines
Fluent English written/spoken
Computer skills/understanding technical manuals/drawings is essential.
BSc or HND Eng discipline with an aptitude for understanding drawings/P/ID’s/cause/effects of complex packages/mechanical/rotating equipment/machines in addition to their control systems
